Garrigan Lab :: Welcome

The Garrigan laboratory at the University of Rochester Department of Biology is dedicated to the study of genomic variation, both at the population level and between closely related species. We focus on computational approaches to evolutionary modeling and data analysis.

While much of our work focuses on species of the Drosophila melanogaster subgroup, many of our members also investigate the population genomics of other taxa including humans and species of the genus Caenorhabditis.

There is a postdoctoral position available currently in Garrigan lab, if you are interested in applying, please go to the online application.

If you would like to know more or are interested in joining the lab, please send an email to dgarriga@bio.rochester.edu.
